Return, Replace and Refund Policy

Welcome to the khushibazar.com.np website (the "Site") operated by Khushi Bazar Pvt. Ltd. This Return, Replace and Refund Policy applies to all vendors and Consumer who buy and sell product(s) through Khushi Bazar.

Return, Replace and refund policy include how we manage the process of consumer returning or exchanging, incorrect, counterfeited, damaged or defective product(s) that have previously purchased or sold. Everyone can easily purchase or sell only Made in Nepal products through our site but shall take reasonable precaution to make sure that product(s) remain in good condition as well as tags and packing in order to return or exchange the product.

If you are a Buyer

A. This policy applies for various categories on various condition as mentioned below:

1. Category A – Grocery

  • 1.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund if the product is expired, damaged, incorrect or counterfeited then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 1.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag is removed or partially/fully consumed by the buyer.

2. Category B – Fresh Vegetable

  • 2.1. The buyer must check the condition of delivered items upon delivery arrival before accepting the product(s); if the product(s) is found unfit to consume, then the buyer should not accept/receive it and refund/replacement will be fulfilled within 24 hours. If buyer accept the items then no return or refund will be initiated for category B products.

3. Category C – Clothing

  • 3.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, unexpected fit or counterfeit then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 3.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag is removed, used/worn, washed.

4. Category D – Stationary and Craft

  • 4.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 4.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag is removed.

5. Category E – Electronics and Home Appliances

  • 5.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 5.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag, user manual, warranty cards is removed.

6. Category F– Home Décor and Furniture

  • 6.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 6.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag is removed.

7. Category G – Sports and Outdoor Activity Equipment

  • 7.1. Eligible for return, replace and refund If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then buyer shall follow Return, Replace and Refund Procedure.
  • 7.2. Not eligible for return, replace and refund if the product’s tags, packaging box/bag is removed.

B. Return, Replace, and Refund Procedure for Buyers

  • The product must be returned in the undamaged original box/bag, with invoice or receipt and warranty cards (if applicable).
  • If you need to return or replace a product purchased through our site, you need to access the Khushi Bazar website. Then you need to log in to your user account; click the profile page and select order history and choose the product you would like to return or replace then navigate to request or return or replace option; indicate the reason, comment and finally submit.
  • The product will be inspected once received. If the quality control check identifies that the consumer’s return or refund claim is invalid, for whatever reason, the product will be sent back to the consumer. We will send consumer an information to notify that we have received returned item and we will also notify about the approval or rejection of your request for refund/replacement.
  • When the return or replacement of the product is approved, then consumer should send the product to Khushi Bazar Pvt. Ltd., Hakimchowk-10, Bharatpur, Nepal. Consumer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item or our staff will come to collect the item and we shall charge some amount depending on consumer’s location (distance).
  • Buyer should initiate Return and Refund procedure within 24 hours expect for category B products. If the consumer’s return or refund claim is valid, the refund may take upto 30 days after the return or refund process has been initiated.
  • Khushi Bazar shall provide replacement or exchange the product with no additional cost.
  • Refund will be provided by Khushi Bazar to the consumer if replacement or exchange of the product is unavailable. Refund amount shall provide within 30 days.
  • Product purchase under Offers or Bulk orders won’t be returned or exchanged.
  • Khushi Bazar reserve the right to restrict return or refund of the purchased product from the sit if the consumer misuse or violates this policy.

If you are a Seller/Vendor

C. Seller/Vendor must respect and comply the vendor agreement with Khushi Bazar. Likewise this policy applies for various categories on various condition as mentioned below;

1. Category A – Grocery

  • 1.1. If the product is expired, damaged, incorrect or counterfeited then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

2. Category B – Fresh Vegetable

  • 2.1.Vendor/Seller is fully responsible for refunding/replacing within 12 hours, if the items is rejected by the buyer upon arrival.

3. Category C – Clothing

  • 3.1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, unexpected fit or counterfeit then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

4. Category D – Stationary and Craft

  • 4.1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

5. Category E – Electronics and Home Appliances

  • 5.1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

6. Category F– Home Décor and Furniture

  • 6.1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

7. Category G – Sports and Outdoor Activity Equipment

  • 7.1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or counterfeit then seller/vendor is responsible for return, replace and refund.

D. Return, Replace and Refund Procedure for seller/vendor

  • Seller/vendor should take full legal responsibility and accountability; if the case of return, replace and refund arises during the business transaction from vendor to buyer.
  • Refund or replacement for the product should be made available within 14 business days.
  • If any product from vendor/seller, receive case of return, replace and refund for more than 3 times in a span of one month, It may lead to delist your product from our site and repeatation of the same for multiple times may lead to the termination of contract between Khushi Bazar and the seller/vendor.
  • “Fragile products” is the term used to describe items that can be easily broken or damaged, including (but not limited to) Glassware, Mirrors, Ceramics, Tiles, Picture Frames, Electronics devices, Antiques, Musical Instruments, Plants and Flowers, etc. Seller/Vendor must follow below mention techniques for packing of fragile products;
    • 1. Use specialized cardboard cartons box and for extremely delicate or valuable item, consider double corrugated boxes.
    • 2. Use bubble wrap
    • 4. Place multiple Fragile stickers on all sides of the package Note: - Test before dispatching of the product – before sealing the box, gently shake it to check for any movement or shifting of the contents. If you feel movement, add more cushioning material to secure the items in place.
